We are looking for an HR Generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Knowledge of job posting, headhunting, shortlisting and recruiting.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
Ability to manage all popular Social Media Platforms, including: posting, forums, blogs and more
Ability to hold & address small or big group seminars, workshops, and more
Active on different social media websites for socializing

Qualifications & Skills:

1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, BBIT, HR or similar domain from Reputable Institution.
