Property Portal is looking for an experienced property Manager to join their team at corporate office.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of market prices with an eye on the real estate happenings.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of local real estate market and updates on current property listings.
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, residential projects, and their publications on different forums.
- Supervise team of field officers and evaluate their performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to sales department.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- To keep an eye on competitor’s real estate strategies of marketing to increase overall sales
- Design business plans for assigned properties of their zone.
Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager with successful sales history
- Understanding of property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge about all rules and regulations of property management
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Meeting Sales Goals
