Work with company Directors to strategically plan HR & Admin initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, we are growing company and expecting to hire 5 to 10 employees with in next 60 days and additional 40 over the next 6 to 8 months
Conducting interviews and maintain the database of talent pool
Recommend employee hiring best practices & appropriate tests and resources
Development and implementation of human resources polices.
Continually educate employees on company policies (including appropriate attire, attitude, punctuality and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current.
Updating and maintaining employees’ record.
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
Manage employee appraisal process & sales commission plan (SIP)
Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
Coordinate customers meetings in office & manage the front office (we may hire a full-time receptionist in 6 months)
Coordinate admin tasks of Directors
Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
Familiar with modern digital hiring, LinkedIn & employee testing tools etc.
