Cab Call International is in the business for the last 10 years providing 24/7 IT and Customer Support services to its offshore client. For our in-bound and out-bound Call Centre Department, we are currently looking for young, energetic and result oriented professionals.

Ideal candidates will be short-listed for training on how to receive calls on behalf of the client, order placement, answering the queries and solving the complaints with the given guidelines.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Candidates with above average English accent will be preferred.
  • Excellent computer operating skills.
  • Familiar with work ethics.
  • Ability to learn quickly and the desire to grow in the company.
  • Flexible with working hours (Morning/ Evening/ Night).
  • Self motivator and out of the box thinker.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Disciplined and professional.
