2: Responsible for Managing Leads
3: Responsible for Managing Agents
4: Responsible for Managing And Answerable For Agents Performance
5: Responsible for Training New Batch
6: Responsible for Managing Agents Attendance
7: Responsible for Fulfilling Certain Sales Targets From Agents
8: Responsible for Contacting and resolving dialing issues and integrations with Voip Service Provider
9: Responsible for Managing Voip Balance
10: Any Other Task Assigned by Management
