Job Description/Responsibilities:

Identify, conceptualize, design and execute campaigns to boost engagement.
Educate and inform your audience about products and services and company programs.
Develop and distribute text and video-based content, monitor social media channels and support promotional and marketing efforts.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Brain storming ideas and strategies to make a perfect content.
Making and creating best descriptions of content.
Support marketing team at live and online events.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews.
Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.

Skill Requirement:

Google Certification

Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge about the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and more.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
Knowledge of Facebook's advertising platform is required.
Fluency in English.
