Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to complete fleet.
Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of company’s assets.
Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
Manage facilities, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
Record Keeping.
Ensure daily inspection and weekly vehicles checks and report all vehicles defects, health and safety issues.
Ensure that proper documentation maintained for all aspects of vehicles operations.
Responsible for vehicle movement tracking and solving issues with movements like documentations, security alerts, field accidents and incidents.
Ensure accident and incident reports are filled by drivers and submitted in time.
Any other duty assigned by the Line Manager.
