Job Purpose

To ensure product availability and visibility of each SKU as per potential at all existing and potential retail outlets.

Main Accountabilities

Key Result Areas:

  • To achieve budgeted sales revenue by formulating sales plans align with marketing plans
  • To achieve agreed sales targets and extend guidance to all territory sales staff
  • To maintain minimum stock level of all products with distributors
  • To monitor distributor activities and provide sales data to Managers
  • To ensure product delivery on time to customer
  • To coach sales force and motivate them to meet and exceed targets
  • To ensure product availability and visibility at all assigned shops

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelors/Masters

Minimum Experience

  • Fresh graduate/ Minimum 1-years post-qualification experience in relevant field.
