- Development experience in applications development using JAVA, Jasper Report, JSP,JDBC related technologies.
- Solid Database Development experience in MS SQL, MySQL and relational schema.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Must be able to design and maintain complex solutions involving high performance and data volume.
- Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and work load.
- Must be able to provide support occasionally in off hours or from home.
- Must be analytical, sharp and enthusiastic.
- Must possess ability to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way.
- Must be flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken).
