职位介绍

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

To prepare final accounts as per accounting standards, ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements;
To establish, maintain, monitor, continuously update and integrate the accounting system of the company, complying with accounting standards;
To be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s financial resources for business operation;
To prepare a cash flow forecast on monthly basis;
To monitor, track, and follow-up of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
To be responsible for timely payments to numerous suppliers as per the prescribed process of the company;
To ensure that all payments and receipts are made according to prescribed company policy and procedure and according to agreed terms and conditions made with suppliers;
To be responsible for monitoring and renewal of credit limits with banks, if any;
To prepare a monthly budget (on the basis of annual budget);
To be responsible for overall control of bank and cash transactions and their reconciliations thereof;
To be responsible for the preparation and online filing of the monthly Sales Tax returns and withholding statements.
To handle property tax, professional tax, and/or any other government levy;
To prepare and e-file annual income tax returns;
To prepare Standard Operating Procedures of accounts and finance department to ensure efficient and effective management of departmental operations;
To establish, maintain and update Information Management Systems (ERP);
