We are looking to hire Area Sales Manager (Lubricants)

Should have experience of sales, client development and recovery.
Develop and nurture a high energy collaborative growth culture among sales team.
Monthly Orders forecasting and achievements of targets.
Participate in key Sales Calls with Account Managers/ Territory Managers.
Create a culture of accountability and support the "One Team" culture
Achieving budgeted sales of the JBL’s portfolio within the assigned sales territory
Establishing and expanding customer base by making direct sales calls (phone or physical) and following up regularly
Tracking and reporting all project and target customer activity, sales opportunities and competitors’ activity within the assigned territory and products lines
Developing fiscal year sales forecasts and territory development plans
Conducting sales presentations and participating in joint sales calls with other company sales personnel to promote product and to maintain good customer relations
