We are looking for Customer Support Executives
- This is a customer support role where selected candidates would be handling incoming calls for our US client which is a medical clinic.
- This would be inquiry/info calls plus scheduling calls.
- Would be a first point of contact for our clients patients.
Requirements:
- Basic selection criteria: Candidate should have neutral or native (american or british) English accent. NOT pakistani/Desi accent.
- He should be able to carry lengthy non-scripted conversation completely in English.
- Please explicitly tell this to the candidate AFTER assessing their spoken English skill level.
- Job Timings:
- (9 Hours)(Night Shift) : 8 pm - 5 am.
- Holidays:
- Weekends off. NO pakistani public holidays only USA holidays.
