Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  •  Should be able personally engage with the customer and upsell or provide new alternatives to the Customer.

 Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Should be a people’s person who genuinely cares about Customer needs.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Bachelors in English Language/ A Levels would be preferred 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to write English with Proper Grammar
