Closer must have salesman mentality, good communication and negotiation skills.
Time is key, so he must be able to maximize his time with respect to saless. After closing one sale, move on to the next.
Closer must be target oriented, hard working and punctual.
Must be able to work in night shift.
Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience as a sales closer.
Must have a skill to negotiate with the customer.
Should be able to clearly communicate the purpose of the call.
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
