JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Service Centre Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Part of the team that monitors and controls HAUD’s SaaS on 24/7/365 basis
- Collect data for analysis from system and/or directly from the designated data-sources
- Generate the requested external and internal reports
- Handle and analyse data in multiple languages
- Provide 1st -line Technical Support to clients. This includes Interaction with clients and stakeholders to respond to enquiries and target first-line issue resolution
- Liaise internally with the commercial and technical departments and solution vendors on behalf of the clients
- Carry out market research and collection of data
- Perform initial analysis and technical troubleshooting for client reported issues.
