Ø  PURPOSE OF THE JOB:   Responsible for all the Corporate Services                                 

1.      Supervision of Accounting / Financial Matters of HO and Health Centers (HCs)

2.      Monitoring & Implementation of accounting procedures and financial controls in accordance with foundation’s policies & procedures.  Preparation and monitoring of HO and HCs budgets, financial management reports and reporting.

3.      Coordinate with Health Centers in respect of HCs financial management reports for timely reporting. Provide support to HCs on Finance related matters and overall adding value to the decision making processes with HCs

4.      Monitoring Inventory / Accounts Receivables / Assets & Liabilities.

5.      To Liaison with financial institutions and Regulatory bodies.

6.      Coordinate with Centre In-charge in conducting HR activities at the HCs with prime focus on recruitment, training and development, centre developments and performance management.

7.      Monitor all Head Office and Health Centers all Administrative affairs.

8.      Monitoring compliance with corporate policies and procedures ensuring consistency throughout the HCs and HO.

9.      Review and analyze MOUs, Contracts and highlights risk exposure.

10.  Follow up of action items in respect of BOD and act as Secretary of BoGs of CF.

 

Ø  DIMENSIIONS:                  

1.      Administrative Reporting to CEO

2.      Functionally Reporting to the Board of CF

3.      Coordination with all respective Centre In-charges.

 

Ø  JOB PROFILE:                   

Age Group:    40-45 years

Education:     M.Com / MBA Finance-HR/ CA or ICMA Accountant

Experience:    10-15 years’ experience in similar field with reputable organizations.

Important Personal Attributes:

Task Achiever, Planning & Organizing, Result Oriented, Initiative taker, Good Communication skills, Problem solving and decision making abilities, Maturity, Leadership & Motivational qualities, Customer and Solutions oriented.
