Our company is looking for a smart and experienced Immigration Consultant to help our clients with their immigration requirements. You should be able to communicate with clients and guide them with the required immigration procedures. Besides, you should assist them in gathering and submitting the required documents.

As an Immigration Consultant, you should be up-to-date with the immigration laws and any changes with the same. As part of your job responsibilities, you should be able to keep the clients in the loop of their immigration status.

As successful candidate, you should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to conduct in-depth research. You should be able to coordinate with different governing bodies on behalf of the client. You should also have past experience in sales and Immigration industry.

Responsibilities

Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements
Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
Reviewing the submitted documents
Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws
Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays

Requirements

Bachelor is or Master degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
3-5 years of work experience as an Immigration Consultant.
Complete knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements any of following countries like UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and USA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and research driven individual
Ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to offer excellent customer service
