We are looking for an experienced manager for our call center. If you have experience of working as a manager for more than 2 years in any call center, then you must apply.
Responsibilities include:
Managing day to day operations of call center by conducting needs assessments, defining user requirements and establishing customer-service standards
Develops and improve call center systems in coordination with IT by developing customer interaction and voice response systems
Developing, managing and updating information database for smooth functioning of the call center
Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, managing system, process improvement and quality assurance programs
Managing team by training, coaching and disciplining employees.
Initiating corrective actions plan for smooth operations of call center.
Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
