Ciklum Pakistan is looking for a 'Business Analyst' to be based at our Islamabad office.

Job Description:

• Lead discussions and workshops with business stakeholders to extract detailed requirements

• Work with technical team to write the detailed and functional design documents

• Requirements Elicitation, Gathering, Clarification, and Analysis

• Create requirement documents, user stories, product backlog and related artefacts

• User rapid prototyping techniques / tools to create prototypes

• Contribute to the creation of test scenarios, scripts, and data

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to create a shared understanding of project requirements

• Facilitate QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

• Assist in technical pre-sale activities and draft project proposals

Required Experience:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as business analyst or related role

• Familiarity with modern web application designs and concepts

• Good knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling

• Good understanding of SCRUM and Agile practices

• Ability to identify problems, gather facts, analyze potential risks and impacts, and choose or propose a solution.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience in UX designing and prototyping is a big plus
