We are looking for a Sales Officer / Sales Executive The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to sales in his area.The key deliverables for this position are:
- Market | Sell Smart Control Systems for large scale commercial/residential projects on a nationwide basis
- Understand customer requirements and present complete technical solutions & proposals, pre-sale design
- Generate fresh leads and follow up with potential customers
- Efficiently respond to queries and achieve assigned sale targets
- Develop & deliver solution presentations, conduct system demonstrations & POCs
- Brand promotion and relationship building with Property Owners, Architects, Consultants, Builders & Contractors
- Prepare technical specifications & requirement write ups
- Develop, submit and negotiate quotes, proposals, marketing materials and related documentation
- Traveling within city / within the country to visit potential clients
- Responsibilities include day to day Sales call, customer visits
- Target-oriented approach with full-fledged command on Pre-sales & Post Sales activities
- Able to maintain customer & prospect database
- Outgoing Personality with no hesitation in outbounds sales activies.
Skills Required
- Direct Sales, Lead Generation & Closure, Conversion to sale, Client Follow-ups, Strong negotiation skills
- Experience of institutionalized AV, IT sales or high-end residential products & Technology Knowledge a plus
- Experience with Audio Video & Lighting Controls Systems for Hotels, Banks, Government, Healthcare, Universities and Upscale Residences a plus.

Sales Tools Home Automation
- Can arrange C-level meetings with potential customers
