Who We Are Looking For:
Accounts Manager / Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure recording of all Financial Transactions
- Supervise reconciliation of Bank Statements on a weekly basis
- Preparation of periodical trial balances and financial statements
- Petty cash handling
- Filing and Compliance of Monthly W.H. & Sale Tax Statements on FBR Website.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Supervising Inventory & Production Management
- Supervising movement inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Ability to scrutinize routine factory bills
- Must be able to develop & implement cash flow & approval, procedures & policies
- Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinating with external auditor and consultants
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Tracking organization expenses
- Processing refunds
- Preparing client correspondence
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Assisting with other administrative functions as required.
- Any other related tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ACCA, ACMA, CA
- 5-6 years extensive experience as Accounts Manager
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting software and procedures
- Hands-on experience of implementation of accounting software, transferring of opening balances etc.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
