Supervise receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
Ensure proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
Supervise the receipts, unloading, and shelving of supplies
Document creating from software in/out gate pass
Coordinate with production department in order to receive order timely
Supervise return deliveries from customer and update to relevant departments
Must be aware of using stock module of ERP software and strong command in excel skills
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Timely closing of monthly expanse reports and posting in system accordingly
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly / yearly closing
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll record etc.
Knowledge of MS office and customized accounting software
Analyze and reconcile customers ledgers on weekly basis
1 year experience in accounts and audit department
