The CMS (Content Management System) & DB (Database) Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing SEO, UI and UX enhancements to Company websites, and designing, scheduling and launching various email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Key Management Areas of Responsibility

• Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to website, email and SMS marketing strategy

• Execute implementation of website, email and SMS marketing strategy

• Communication to vendors, team, and management on timelines, and results

• Keep pace with trends in website SEO, UI and UX, email and SMS marketing Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

• Provide analysis and recommendations in the coordination of website, email and SMS marketing performance • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for website, email and SMS marketing campaign enhancements

• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for reputation management and social media purposes

• Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies

• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve website rankings

• Monitor and evaluate web analytics and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO and SEM strategies

• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

• Optimizing copy for various digital marketing purposes

• Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities to meet business objectives

• Support the execution of tests, collection and analysis of data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

• Provide support in tracking, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

• Provide support with overseeing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies

• Research and analyze competitor advertising

• Engage in ongoing competitor research with respect to SEO & SEM

• Identify and support the implementation of marketing automation tools for email marketing, SMS marketing and transactional communications Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact and/or Mail Chimp is required

Experience with the Wordpress and Shopify CMS platforms is required
