Responsible for developing monthly camp plan with coordination of X-Ray Van team
Coordinate with vendors for IEC material and utilize well ahead of time for each camp
Coordinate with providers a day before to finalize the activity for location
Assist van team for the screening of patients and registration
Arrangement of all resources/material required for the camp i.e. examination equipment, blood collection tubes, Sputum collection cups etc
To fill all required reporting format on daily basis
Perform other work related duties assigned by the supervisor
