History & Introduction

Getz Pharma (Pvt) Ltd. established in 1995 is rated by the IMS a medical statistics company from USA as the sixth largest Pharmaceutical Company of Pakistan, in terms of its annual sales, among approximately five hundred pharmaceutical companies operating in Pakistan. At the time of its inception, it employed only 45 people, had a small revenue base and had zero exports. Today, the company employs over 1,500 highly qualified people and is the youngest company to earn the distinction of achieving Best Export Performance Award in pharmaceuticals from FPCCI.

The products manufactured at Getz Pharmas state of the art and GMP approved pharmaceutical plant at Karachi are exported to the advanced developing countries. Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Kenya and Central Asian States of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan are some of the countries where Getz Pharmas products are being exported. Getz Pharma has the unique distinction of being the only pharmaceutical company from Pakistan to have exported products produced at its plant at Karachi, to the United States of America (USA).
