We are hiring agents for its Spectrum/DTV/Comcast campaign. People who have experience working as a call center agent for Spectrum or another internet/cable/TV/phone service provider based in the USA are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- The candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Data Entry.
- It is 5 days a week job with Saturday and Sunday off.
- Negotiations skills & positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
Must have 1-year experience in Spectrum or other Satellite/Cable/Internet service provider campaign. (Spectrum, DTV, Comcast, AT&T, Viasat)
Timings:
Night shift according to USA timings.
