• Reports directly to the Shift Lead regarding the support activities. 
  • To make it sure that all operation activities are performed accordingly and in timely manner in respective shift.
  • Network monitoring and escalate issues to relevant departments.
  • Follow up the Complaints/Events from the different departments.
  • Maintains Service Level and Call Answer Ratio during the shift.
  • Escalation handling during the shift.
  • Escalate the issues to the next tier.
  • Shift reporting.
