- He will be responsible for Client Onboarding & Regular Communication.
- Manage regular To Do List & Provide Regular Updates realred clients.
- Manage and Shuffle team to meet client's deadlines.
- Should be good in time management & keep track of team's time as well for optimization. Also would be responsible to manage load in case of any team member is not available for any reason.
- Should be able resolve issues related to any new query/work. And advise team on how to resolve it.
- Trained on Zoho Books, QBO and other cloud accounting softwares would be an edge.
- Advance Excel/ Google sheets knowledge is must.
- Should also oversee admin related tasks.
