CORAL, the clothing brand working in the fashion industry. As a growing brand we are expanding rapidly and looking to grow our team. We are now recruiting a highly motivated, intelligent and motivated candidate for the position of creative designer. We’re looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sourcing Managers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying necessary products and services to support daily operations. You will play a crucial role in company's operations as well as productivity.
The candidate should be a complete textile engineer
Should have the Complete Command on textile production, manufacturing printing & fabric procurement processes
Plan and manage company's overall sourcing strategy
Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements
Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
Negotiate pricing and control costs
Define, develop, negotiate and contract strategic sourcing solutions that meet businesses, requirements and enhancer profitability by controlling/reducing costs, improving payment terms, reducing inventory & optimizing supply chain efficiencies
Develop a yearly budget depending on sourcing needs
Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy
Challenge suppliers and internal customers to identify and implement innovative designs, value-add specification changes, concepts and materials.
Write sourcing documentation and statements
Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations
Forecasting production and supply needs, in coordination with the sales operations manager and budgeting accordingly.
Evaluate the quality of raw material so that the right quality materials can be sourced
Work on special projects as requested by management; supports all levels of department management and may participate in specific workgroups as requested.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum bachelors degree in textiles engineering
Sourcing manager should have strong analytical, negotiation, contracting and communication skills.
Should have adequate skills to develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies for the company.
Ability to think strategically so that the company can take advantage of business processes, industry dynamics, supplier experiences, and manufacturing practices, and general market conditions, etc.
Ability to perform financial analysis of the cost of every sourcing.
Ability to work with various levels of the supplier from the local and international market.
Excellent teamwork skills and proven aptitude to partner effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (i.e., top management, colleagues, suppliers, and internal/external customers)
Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.

Experience Required:

At least two-years of experience in sourcing management in textile industry

Office Timings:

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
