We are looking for a Manager of People & Culture who is a Thoughtful, Empathetic, and experienced in related field to help us carve a culture of empathy and growth as we scale from 30 to 300, and help us live our mission within the company and beyond as we effect and build our organization and society at large.

Responsibilities

Optimize Recruitment Pipelines & Interviews
Create a Values-driven Organisational Culture
Symbolise, Live and Communicate organisational values
Create Policy Frameworks for every part of organisation related to People
Create frameworks for competence & skills identification, measurement & development
Research, prepare and conduct trainings related to orientations, culture, values and skillsets
Listen, empathise, categorise, and communicate organisation wide feedback
Create frameworks for Performance Appraisal
Compensation planning

Requirements

5+ years in HR department with understanding, exposure and experience with Culture, Values, Development & Policy.
Qualifications in Psychology and/or HRM
Empathetic & Strategic in nature
Morality & Values driven
