We are looking for experienced customer support representative who can help us inhouse with following tasks
- Email handling
- Call Handling
- Live Chat Support
- Back office Support
Requirement:
- At least 1 year experience in eCommerce industry
- Able to communicate with customer on live chat and over the phone call
- Quick learner and can work with minimum supervision
What we are offering:
- 25000 salary with initiative within 3 months
- 1 month probation period with signed NDA
