Review and evaluate the production targets on daily basis and ensure they are being met
Review and evaluate the weekly section plans made by supervisors to ensure the balancing of the line
In case of any discrepancy pertaining to pattern in relation with stitching margins, analyze reasons and suggest best possible remedy
Ensure implementation of all company rule and regulations in order to avoid any compliance issues
KPIs are measured on the basis of plan vs. actual, utilization, rejection, first pass yield, through-put time
Coordinate with other Sections/ Departments in helping them meet their targets and enhancing Department’s production results
Review and evaluate the pre-plan of machines, attachments, gauges and foots / folders for upcoming orders, to assure in time availability of required resources
Ensure that input is received on time from the cutting department and report to their manager to ensure in time delivery of printing / embroidery parts to the cutting department
