Ensure that the raw material delivered for cutting is approved by QC at the previous stage
Review the fabric quality report and shrinkage report before proceeding with cutting
Call in a production handover meeting, involving all the stake holders, without any delay
Highlight the discrepancies in PCR and communicate them to the departmental head for feedback
Approval status report of metal accessories, labeling and packaging
Review various reports pertaining to various processes being carried out in the department
Review the final inspection report of the product before it is handed over to WIP for further movement
Ensure timely decision taking on all the audit reports, without causing any delays
Promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization
Ensure that the a document log for all the official documents issued and used by the QC department is properly maintained
Ensure ongoing compliance with local and international standards, communicated by the QA department
Coordinate with other departments in helping them meet their targets and enhancing company production results.
