  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction & standards.
  • Ensure product quality & production efficiency.
  • Manage catering events.
  • Coordinate with marketing department for market & promotional activities.
  • Ensure attainment of financial targets.
  • Duty roaster maintenance.
  • Coordinate leave and payroll procedure.
  • Performance evaluation of staff.
  • Provide training to staff on customer service standard when required.
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop PR with guests through personalized supervision.
  • Coordinate with central store and suppliers (if required).
  • Advise management on strategic matters, protect & improve brand image.
  • Provide timely & accurate reports as required.
  • Highlight critical matters on timely basis.
