职位介绍

We are expanding our operations team and looking to hire Customer Service Executives with best phone ethics and customer satisfaction mindset.

  • Past experience with client/customer facing role is highly desired.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as CSR/CSE/AM is Mandatory.
  • This position requires strong communication skills to help understand customer needs and providing them with a perfect user experience.

You can be a top candidate if you know:

  • Interpersonal skills Customer handling techniques Pressure handling and time management.
  • Multitasking To be a team player Customer service call protocol Speak/write flawless English

Note:

  • We follow rotational shifts and 24 days a month work routine.
