Monitor daily sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
Touring floor regularly, Monitoring CREs, Greeting customers and talking to colleagues, and identifying plus resolving urgent issues.
Responsible for the displays management as per the guidelines of competent authority.
Responsible for floor cleanliness, preparation of shifts, Showroom opening and closing procedure, price tags, general management, repair & maintenance activities.
Assisting floor manager for preparing promotional materials and displays, special promotions and events.
Ensure tasks assigned to showroom staff are being completed as per instructions and requirements.
Retain existing customers and develop new customer base, as assigned by management.
Dealing with customer queries and complaints and initiate appropriate actions and seek guidance from Floor Manager.
Must have knowledge of stock in hand with collaboration of warehouse.
Assist floor manager for maintaining statistical and financial records.
Complete special projects as required by the management.
Assisting Floor Manager for staffing issues in liaison with Manager HR & Admin such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or training and development.
Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Control and monitor all operational activities of showroom including, but not limited to general management, cleanliness, repair / maintenance etc.
Any other duty assigned by management.
