Responsible for the financial health of a company . The key responsibilities of Financial Manager will be as under;

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and other financial needs as necessary
Review financial data and prepares Daily, Monthly, Weekly and Annual Reports including but not limited to Cash & Bank Reconciliation Reports, Financial Reports, P&L Report, Variance Analysis Report etc.
Liaise with all regulatory bodies such as SECP, PSEB, FBR, EOBI to ensure regulatory compliance etc.
Coordinates with FBR for the submission of Withholding Tax and also ensures timely submission of Tax Returns.
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Prepares payments by Verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
