· Manage the correspondence related to sales·

· Maintain/update the documentation files of refund clients & new clients.

· Quotation & proposal writing for new client and shared with them by email or hard copy.

· Visit to client campuses as and when required.

· Proceed for masking of clients.

· Give support to the existing clients when they call directly or reroute them to support them if required.

· Requirements gathering from client during implementation.

· Test the requirements whether they are completed as per the direction of the client.

· Give initially support to the new clients after implementation.
