The required resource will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers through:

  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of customer network infrastructure including RF, DSL, VSAT, Fiber, IP Routing etc
  • Configuration and maintenance of customer systems infrastructure
  • Cybernet network infrastructure installation, replacement and maintenance (as per requirement)
  • Internal and external coordination with problem resolution approach

Achieve following targets:

  • Customer satisfaction by providing effective support
  • Meet with threshold service delivery and support time duration target
  • Technical abilities improvement to facilitate customers

Skills Required:

  • CRM handling for service delivery and support WAN infra-structure including Frame-relay, ATM, MP, RF and VSAT connectivity knowledge (IDU, ODU, RF C)
  • Email utilities configuration and troubleshooting
  • Basic Linux/Windows Server management
  • Basic power hardware knowledge, AC/DC, safety prec, IP subnetting, basic routing & switching
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Effective Communication and Coordination Skills
  • Stress & Time Management Skills
