Due to our expansion and continuous growth we are currently looking for a result oriented Manager Human Resource with exceptional managerial experience and leadership abilities, who would be able to develop and implement performance driven HR systems and policies to meet the strategic objectives of the Organization. An excellent salary package will be offered to the right candidate as per the skills and expertise.

Job Description:

Clear understanding of the HR policies development and their implementation
Ability to analyze the Company’s projected human resource requirements
Capable to assess the candidates for any new recruitment
Understanding of the applicable labor laws in Pakistan
Ability to arrange any indoor / outdoor trainings and recruitments program
Censoriously monitoring and reporting of attendance, payroll and overtimes
Ability to deploy the quality human resource with in the assigned time
Ability to judge the core HR related problems and their resolution
Competent to plan and organize the interviews schedules with top management
Ability to have coordination with Finance and Administration departments of the Company
Capable to improve the Company image in the corporate world
Ability to keep the organizational structure in line with the market dynamics
Ability to consolidate all the existing and new policies into a Policy Manual
Effectively resolve the employees’ grievances
Ability to manage the employees’ personal files, ID cards and all other documents
Capable to prepare letters, memos, applications from time to time
Conduct periodic employees satisfaction surveys
