· To control and monitor the attendance and leave of the Service Providers and their staff.

· To ensure security/surveillance of factory, assets and safety of its staff

· To monitor the activities of First Aid Service Provider.

· To monitor the activities of Food Service Provider.

· To monitor the activities of Janitorial and General Service Providers.

· To arrange and maintain of all records of inward & outward Mails.

· To arrange transport for pick & drop of staff.

· To ensure proper maintenance and fitness of pool vehicles/drivers

· To arrange functions, events, factory visits and other activities.

· To ensure timely payments of EOBI, PESSI and Insurance Company.
