Job Requirements:
- The candidate will be required to work as a sales and development officer for the company mainly to sell company's properties in Pakistan and United Kingdom.
- The candidate must be an experienced sales person, and must be confident and bold.
- The candidate will be offered an attractive compensation package based on experience.
- The Candidate must possess atleast 3 years of experience of Real Estate Sales.
- The candidate must possess a very pleasant personality and must possess excellent communication skills.
- The candidate must be able to communicate in english.
Job Description:
- Research the market to identify new business oppurtunities
- Explain the advantages of investing in a Daniel Johns property to prospective clients, and follow up with them in order to close business deals.
- Respond to client queries in a timely fashion.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
- Develop strategies to retain the clients, including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
- Maintain a knowledge repository of prospective clients.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
- Manage customer calls, appointments, customer contacts and mailing lists.
- Determine cross-selling oppurtunities among different offices.
