Dankash is looking for a "Digital Marketing Specialist” having skills & technical knowledge of a related field. Ability to plan, organize, instruct and facilitate quality education programs, classroom/online course management, and student interaction is required.
We are searching for a supportive, enthusiastic “Expert” to fulfill our educational requirements. The instructor's duties include following the curriculum based on the best knowledge in the field and providing software instruction by following the prescribed training plan.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to Give Physical, Online, and Practical Training Classes on SMM to Students.
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insight.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants.
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Advance Web Ranking, etc.)
- Comfortable with using Google data studio, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player
Qualification:
- 2 years ADP degree or 4 years bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field from HEC-recognized institute.
Experience:
- 01 to 02 years of experience is required in Digital Marketing.

Location: Saddar Rawalpindi
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
