  • Check & verify the customer documents before proceeding
  • Open the account in the software as per customer documents sent by the sales team
  • Maintaining collection books record
  • Quarterly visit & verify the ledger with the customers
  • Maintaining record of account opening form
  • Maintaining sheet of security cheques
  • As per receive data from line manager revise customer credit limit every quarter
  • Provide any type of customer related data to another department when they need or ask
  • The start of every month sends payment reminder letter to the customer.
  • As per given data by line manager on every month block customer credit limit of those customers who have appeared in overdue list.
  • Account opening form & special approvals scan & upload in software.
