- Follow-up with suppliers for production.
- Follow-up with supplier for deliveries.
- Handling daily affairs.
- Manage weekly report of every supplier.
- Manage and arrange goods as per requirement.
- Coordinate with finance with payment matter regarding supplier.
- Coordinate with packaging department on the matter of packaging of goods.
- Making and presenting Budgeting, planning and forecasting.
- Coordinate with QC department for the arrangement of Quality check.
- Check the cost of spare parts with BOM which purchase from supplier.
- Negotiations, Problem identification and discussion with suppliers.
- Souring and developing vendors’ pools.
- Provide backup to international sales with respective affairs.
- Making and maintaining cost and transactions data records
- Inventory control of suppliers and China warehouses.
- Arrange spare parts as per RND and RMA requirement.
- Claims to supplier if received any shortage of any other things.
- Coordinate with supplier on any matter and negotiate them to come on midpoint.
- Follow-up on assign tasks by line manager.
