To manage Director's daily schedule
To act as the first point of contact
To manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments
To assist in organizing events and conferences
To ensure timely typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
To manage filing systems in soft & hard form (as per requirements)
To implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
To liaise with staff, contractors and clients
To coordinate with city and regional representatives as per need
Good presentation and communication skills
Should have command in MS Office
Should be proficient in written and spoken English and Urdu
