- Manage designated IT Staff to run operations smoothly
- Responsible to propose innovative processes with technological advancement.
- Manage information technology and computer systems Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Design, develop implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational effectiveness.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of the department.
- Develop Departmental KPIs and team KPIs to ensure the productivity and performance of the department.
- Develop and support internal data systems to support the efficient administration of learning, teaching, and administration.
- Develop and analyze systems that are to be used by the employees and the managers of the company in order to meet their data needs, designing and maintaining meaningful and accurate reports for Dar ul Madinah management.
- Ensure that the MIS function meets all internal and external requirements, by ensuring that all MIS policies and procedures are fully documented.
- Develop strategies that are to be used in the implementation of software and hardware systems in the organization.
