- At least 2 years of experience of administrative and managing different versions of Oracle (10g, 11g, 13g, 12c), MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Riak, GraphDB.
- Excellent knowledge of performance tuning, data backup and recovery (RMAN) of Oracle databases.
- Build database systems (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB and other NoSQL databases) with high availability; design and document disaster recovery plans and implement replications.
- Excellent knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in installation, support, taking backups, cloning, patching and migration of databases.
- Hands-on experience of Oracle database and MongoDB high availability tools (Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Active, Streams).
- Proficient in Oracle ASM, OCFS, Exa Data and Linux / UNIX and Windows.
- Exposure of SQL Server Clustering (MySQL replication, Master-Slave, Master-Master) and MySQL Cluster experiences such as Galera and XtraDB.
