- Reporting of Sales data, collection, ageing & other reports daily and as per request of Sales Manager.
- Deposition of customer cheques into bank, follow-up of cheques from bank, recording of payments, clear payments from bank & application of payments as per invoices submitted by customers.
- Order Verification for All corporate sales customers, IMT&LMT (Lahore Sales) customers as well CSD (Rawalpindi).
- Issue clearance to delivery plans. Prepares dealers Turnover Declarations (Used for Premium Payment to Exim bank)
- Recording of Tax challans & Returns (RTS) as per SOP of Finance.
- Processing of service GRN cases & related functions.
- Verification of Account opening of new Customers of Corporate.
- Verification of Corporate Sales freight bills of all warehouses, correction and approvals & follow for bills payment
- Verification of Store staff incentives
- Verification of Corporate sales customer incentive, rebates of consumer banking’s & record entries into system.
- Often performing Reconciliation of Corporate Accounts for payment recovery.
- Support Tax & H.O team by providing several details as & when required.
- Responsible to prepare & clear Intercompany invoices.
