- Budget control and control of all Service Centre expenses.
- Timely submission of details for reimbursements of all Service Centre expenses.
- Accurate and efficient maintenance of Dealer/CWS/Franchise accounts .
- Preparing and submitting accurate - on time Service Centre financial reports.
- Process and monitor all accruals & prepayments & adjustments wherever applicable.
- Deposits of all collections and subsequent transfers to Head Office.
- Manage and coordinate Dealer/CWS/Franchise incentives.
- Manage and coordinate Service Staff incentives .
